Job Title: Sales Support / Accounts Administrator
Reporting To: Business Development Manager.
Location: Dromore Co. Tyrone
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Barford manufactures a range of mobile screening and materials handling equipment. As a steadfast brand, which has been around since 1840, our mission is to use the experience from our history and supply our customers with equipment that adds value to their business.
Key Activities:
- Providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Following up on customer warranty.
- Ordering parts and manage current stock.
- Assisting with the processing of orders and ensuring that orders are accurate and complete.
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure that parts are available and delivered in a timely manner.
- Liaising with dealers and end users.
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing a high level of customer service.
- Processing of Purchase and Sales Invoices and related queries
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, effective communication abilities, strong problem-solving capabilities.

The Requirements:
Essential
- 2 years administration experience in a busy office.
- 2 years sales support / after sales experience, preferably in the same industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Desirable
- Experience ordering parts.
- Experience processing invoices.
- Experience with CRM Systems.
