Salon Manager/Receptionist for an high end hair and beauty salon
Responsibilities:
- Manage the salon
- take payments
- manage the staff ( creating works shift , payrolls ecc )
- bookkeeping
- Greet customers and clients in a friendly manner.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate business owner, employee or assistant.
- Answer questions and provide information to customers.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate party.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments.
- Be prepared to handle emergencies when they arise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
