- Following up treatment plans and outstanding appointments
- Managing recalls and maintaining accurate patient information
- Liaising with clinicians and the wider dental team
- Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times
- Supporting general administrative duties within the practice
What We're Looking For

- Proactive with a positive, "can-do" attitude
- Confident discussing appointments, treatment and fees with patients
- A strong team player who is willing to support colleagues
- Committed to providing an excellent standard of patient care and customer service
Previous dental reception experience would be advantageous, particularly within a private dental setting; however, candidates with strong reception, administrative or customer service experience will also be considered.
