Your Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Take responsibility for a group of key children
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Make observations and assessments to support children’s development
- Support and collaborate with your room leader and wider team
- Lead your team when required
- Build strong, positive partnerships with parents and carers
- Create a nurturing, stimulating environment where children can thrive
What We’re Looking For
- A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A positive, proactive approach
