£30,000 Base Salary – £50,000+ OTE
Locations: Across our 3x clinics in Dunmow, Royston & Saffron Walden (driving is a must!)

Hours: 3-month trial period on 12-24 hours per week pro-rata (part-time). Upon successful completion of trial, the role can evolve into a full-time position. (40 hours per week).

What We're Looking For
A positive, hardworking individual with a great attitude. The ideal candidate will:
- Work Well with Human Beings - We can teach skills, we can't teach personality! We need humility for the sake of the rest of the team as well as the patients. You must be able to build rapport with patients, nourish them through conversation as well as through manual therapy and hold them accountable to sticking to their treatment plans and doing their exercise rehabilitation.
- Treatment Plans - You should be open to & confident prescribing treatment plans to patients that support their long-term clinical outcomes.
- Have a Growth Mindset - Open to feedback and eager to develop professionally.
- Be Hardworking & Committed - Ready to give your best and put in the effort!
- Be Team-Oriented - Collaborative and supportive of colleagues, maintaining team harmony.
- Be Able to Drive & Travel – We have more than one clinic in the local area, driving is a must!
What Your Average Day Would Look Like
Arrive 8.45 am - coffee in hand, ready to prep for the day.
9 am - first patients, 2 new patients today, whoopee!
12.30pm - Observation/shadowing another member of the team.
1-2pm - walk and lunch at the local .
2.30pm - 3.15pm - Mentoring session, so great to be able to pick the brains of our head practitioner
4-6 pm - Patients
