As Bars Manager, you will be the driving force behind bringing the Bella personality to life every night, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring the venue consistently delivers memorable experiences for birthdays, hen parties, nights out and everything in between.
Bella is part of an independent hospitality company that owns and operates multiple bar and restaurant venues across Cardiff and Swansea. Founded in 2010, we’ve built on our combined knowledge and creativity to launch several successful bars and restaurants: BrewStone, Bambu, and Peppermint which are some of the most popular and unique venues in South Wales, as well as ventures in property management, security and cleaning.

We areseeking an experienced Bar Manager to take full ownership and accountability for the operations, financial performance, and team management. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and fostering a high-performing team culture.
The Role
Our aim is to develop leaders who are passionate and take pride in what they do. The main responsibilities of the bar manager are to ensure smooth running of the bar in regards to all things people, product and place. The Bars manager should ensure they lead by example by driving our consistent standards and demonstrating commitment to our purpose and vision.
