This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Carry out fabrication and assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform carpentry and joinery work, ensuring precision and quality in all installations.
- Undertake roofing projects, including repairs and installations, while adhering to safety standards.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
- Engage in construction painting, providing a professional finish to various surfaces.
- Conduct plumbing tasks, including installation and repair of piping systems.
- Perform masonry work such as bricklaying and stonework to enhance structural integrity.
Skills
- Proficient in fabrication techniques and assembly processes.
- Strong experience with hand tools and power tools for various applications.
- Knowledgeable in carpentry and joinery principles with an eye for detail.
- Familiarity with roofing materials and installation methods.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively.
