Role: Regional Director - London
Salary: £80,533.78 (gross) per annum inclusive of London Weighting, with a fixed sum allowance of £2,764.
This role also attracts a car allowance of £5,000 (gross per annum), subject to internal checks.
Current employees in banding 53 will maintain their existing salary.

The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Regional Director to head up the London regional office. Reporting to the Executive Director Nations and Regions, the post-holder will be responsible for the effective and efficient organisation of the Labour Party within the Region.
Playing a crucial role for the Labour Party in the region, the successful candidate will have:
- Experience of strategic management
- Experience of dealing with the media
- Ability to work proactively with a variety of stakeholders including politicians, local parties, affiliated organisations and external agencies
- Experience of setting and monitoring effective targets.

Please note that this is a Regular Driver Role and there is a requirement to be able to drive and own a compliant car in this role. Any successful applicant who does not drive or own a compliant car will receive a conditional job offer on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract which requires the successful applicant to hold a full UK driving licence and compliant car within 12 months of their start date. If at the end of the 12 months the employee does not have both a full UK driving licence and a compliant car then the contract will terminate. A driving licence is required for this role due to operational requirements including travel between multiple locations and transportation of campaign materials.
