We are looking for a people-focused leader, based on site at our Weston-Super-Mare Head Office to take ownership of our Internal Parts Team, driving performance, developing talent, and delivering excellent customer outcomes in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Lead and develop your team - coaching, mentoring, and supporting individuals to reach their full potential

Oversee performance, absence, and wellbeing, managing both professional and personal matters with empathy and fairness

Integrate and develop new starters, ensuring a smooth onboarding and building a strong, engaged team culture

Act as the go-to for team support, helping colleagues navigate queries, challenges, and day-to-day operations

Drive performance against KPIs and SLAs using data and insights (Excel, Office 365 tools)

Manage workloads and priorities to keep operations efficient and customer-focused

Work collaboratively with stakeholders and suppliers, resolving issues and improving processes
