Workshop Bench Joiner – High‑End Kitchens & Bespoke Furniture

Hours: Monday–Friday (half day on Fridays)

We are a small, highly skilled team specialising in the manufacture of premium bespoke kitchens and furniture. We are looking for an experienced Workshop Bench Joiner to join our workshop and contribute to the exceptional standards our clients expect.
About the Role:
You will work closely with our team to produce beautifully crafted, precision‑made furniture and cabinetry. This role requires technical ability, pride in workmanship, and a proactive approach to planning and problem‑solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacturing high‑quality bespoke kitchens and furniture from start to finish
Working confidently and accurately from technical drawings
Maintaining exceptional quality control at every stage of production
Keeping the workshop organised, tidy, and efficient
Planning ahead to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion
Identifying and resolving issues proactively
Supporting the team and contributing to a positive workshop environment
Occasionally attending site when required
Essential Attributes:
Proven experience as a bench joiner in a workshop environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality craftsmanship
Excellent problem‑solving skills and forward‑thinking approach
Good organisational skills and pride in maintaining a clean, safe workspace
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Own van preferred for occasional site visits
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
Half day on Fridays
Occasional additional hours may be required to meet project deadlines
