About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Lettings Administrator to join our busy and friendly team. This is a varied role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our office, ensuring a high standard of service is provided to tenants, applicants, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with enquiries professionally.
- Booking and coordinating property viewings.
- Responding to emails promptly and efficiently.
- Assisting the Office Manager with property management queries.
- Arranging maintenance and repairs with contractors.
- Referencing prospective tenants.
- Preparing, sending, and completing tenancy documentation.
- Ensuring compliance documents are accurate and kept up to date.
- Maintaining and updating all internal systems and records.
- Providing general administrative support to the office.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/property management software.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach.
- Previous experience within lettings, property, estate agency, or administration is desirable but not essential.
