Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (start and finish times negotiable)
- Saturday: 4-hour shift (rota basis if applicable)
- Overtime available
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Depot Tyre Fitter to join our team based at Heathrow Airport, supporting the Hertz vehicle fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out tyre inspections, replacements, repairs, and associated vehicle maintenance tasks to ensure fleet vehicles remain safe, roadworthy, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Fitting, repairing, and replacing tyres on a wide range of vehicles.
- Conducting tyre inspections and identifying wear or damage.
- Performing puncture repairs in accordance with industry standards.
- Maintaining accurate job records and completing relevant paperwork.
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
- Liaising with depot staff and management to prioritise workload.
- Adhering to company health and safety procedures at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous tyre fitting experience preferred but full training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced fleet environment.
