Job Summary
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday shifts depending on customer requirements Overtime paid for occasional weekend work
We are looking for someone dependable, practical and committed, who takes pride in doing a job properly and can be trusted to work safely and professionally. This is a hands‑on, physical role that involves travel and working at height.
Applicants must be comfortable with manual work, working at height, and working in varying weather conditions. Occasional night work and Flexibility to travel and stay away is essential.
This role includes full training and a structured development path towards becoming a future Team Leader.
You will work in chilled, ambient and warm environments depending on the site, both indoors and outdoors, within temperature‑controlled food production, storage and distribution facilities.
You will be working at height using scissor and boom lifts. IPAF certification is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided for the right candidate.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
We are looking for someone who turns up on time, works safely, communicates well and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work. You must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
You will be required to travel across the UK and stay away when needed. All hotels and subsistence are fully covered.

Pay: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
