What will I be doing?
As a Breakfast and Kitchen Attendant, you will assist in both the Breakfast & Kitchen operations and work with customers and guests to serve their needs and provide an excellent customer service experience. A Breakfast Assistant must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Able to work in all areas of the Food and Beverage department including Kitchen
- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Engage customers in conversation about their stay, day and plans to create a personal touch
- Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure compliance of brand standards
- Ensure cleanliness of all work areas
- Ensure food hygiene and food safety is maintained to high standards in compliance with all legislation and operating procedures
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Comply with local licensing laws
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

· A good level of English (understanding and speaking) to ensure clear and concise communication with guests
