An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an energetic person to join our front of house team at Wilderness Reserve to support on services on weekends. Wilderness Reserve is a unique luxury collection of manors, farmhouses and country cottages in Suffolk set within an 6,000 acre private country estate.
You will be enthusiastic about service & hospitality with an exceptional working knowledge of the correct order of service. You will be committed to setting only the highest standards.
As a successful candidate for the front of house position you will need to be:
- Passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service
- An excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Finally, you will have the poise and sophistication to deliver an elegant and personalised service to our guests, whilst adding a touch of personality and theatre to their experience.
Experience working in a similar role is preferred, but not necessary as full training will be provided.
40 and 48 hour contracts available, as well as part-time.
