Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Hospitality and Cleaning Operative to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Perform comprehensive commercial cleaning across designated areas, including offices, reception areas, restrooms, and communal spaces
- Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces regularly
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper towels, and cleaning materials to ensure continuous availability
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to promote a hygienic environment for all occupants
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms or event spaces as needed, ensuring they are tidy and well-prepared
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas requiring attention or additional cleaning measures
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and supplies used
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict standards of cleanliness
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and management
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift
