As our Amazon & Ecommerce channels continue to grow at pace, we are expanding our fulfilment operation to support increasing demand.
As an Amazon Fulfilment Operative, you will play a key role in supporting one of the fastest-growing areas of the business. You will be responsible for preparing and dispatching large weekly Amazon shipments, as well as coordinating monthly forward (bulk) orders into Amazon fulfilment centres.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who is hardworking, proactive, and ready to get stuck in. Accuracy, efficiency, and organisation are critical to success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Pick, prepare, and pack products for weekly Amazon shipments with a high level of accuracy
- Organise and dispatch large-volume orders in line with Amazon FBA requirements and timelines
- Prepare and coordinate monthly forward shipments (bulk palletised stock sent to Amazon fulfilment centres)
- Label, palletise, and shrink-wrap goods in accordance with Amazon FBA standards
- Ensure all shipments meet Amazon compliance requirements (labelling, carton specs, documentation)
- Work to strict dispatch deadlines and shipment schedules
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and update internal systems where required
- Support stock control through cycle counts and inventory checks
- Report any stock discrepancies, damages, or issues promptly to the Team Lead
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with health & safety policies
- Assist with general warehouse duties including goods-in, replenishment, and loading/unloading during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, or logistics role
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during large dispatch periods
- Hardworking, proactive attitude with willingness to get stuck in
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Basic IT skills or experience using warehouse systems/scanners
- Physically fit and comfortable handling large or heavy shipments
Pay: £12.71 per hour
