As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Security Systems Engineer to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity offering a competitive salary (DOE), strong career progression prospects, and a company vehicle and equipment.
Working as part of our skilled Engineering Team, you’ll provide field-based support for a key client located in Belfast.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and commission a range of Electronic Security Systems
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Respond efficiently to Corrective Maintenance and repair requests
- Participate in out-of-hours callouts and standby cover
- Perform fault-finding, testing, and remedial works
- Support customer requirements, including overtime when necessary
About You
You’ll bring proven experience as a Security Systems Engineer and hands-on expertise with a range of Electronic Security Systems, including (but not limited to):
- 18th Edition qualification
- Intruder Detection Systems
- PIDS
- IP Video Surveillance (CCTV)
- Access Control (Nedap experience desirable)
- Electric Gates
- Automated Barriers
- Turnstiles
You will also demonstrate:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Enthusiasm, technical knowledge, and excellent customer service
- A proactive approach to health, safety, and environmental responsibilities
- A full UK driving licence (essential for site travel)
Successful candidates will be required to pass BS7858:2019 screening and an enhanced DBS check.
