An established manufacturer within the woodworking and furniture sector is looking to add an experienced Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner to their workshop team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys working on detailed joinery.
You will be joining a stable, well-equipped workshop environment with long-term work, consistent hours, and opportunities to further develop your skills.

The Role
- Manufacturing cabinets and furniture to a high standard
- Working from technical drawings and cutting lists
- Using a range of hand tools and workshop machinery
- Assembly, finishing, and quality checks
- Making adjustments or modifications where required
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
- Working collaboratively within a skilled production team
About You
- Experience as a Cabinet Maker, Bench Joiner, or similar role
- Confident using woodworking tools and machinery
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Good understanding of timber, materials, and finishes
- Reliable, self-motivated, and deadline-focused
- Experience with bespoke or custom furniture is advantageous
