BRIK Construction Ltd is a growing commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor delivering projects throughout the UK.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced Multi-Skilled Tradespeople to join our team. We undertake a wide range of commercial projects including offices, schools, healthcare facilities, leisure centres and other commercial environments.
The Role
We're looking for reliable, hardworking tradespeople who take pride in their work and can turn their hand to a variety of tasks.
Our projects are located both locally and nationally, meaning some periods of working away from home will be required. Accommodation and expenses will be provided where applicable.
You will work alongside our site teams delivering high-quality refurbishment and fit-out projects across the UK.
Typical Duties
- Stud partitioning and plasterboarding.
- Ceiling installation.
- General carpentry and joinery.
- Door installation and ironmongery.
- Flooring and finishing works.
- IPS and washroom installations.
- Basic decorating and making good.
- Site maintenance and snagging.
- Assisting with project deliveries and installations.
- Working safely and efficiently to programme requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Experience within construction, refurbishment or fit-out projects.
- Competent in a range of trade skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability and willingness to travel nationwide.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Desirable
- CSCS Card.
- PASMA.
- IPAF.
- First Aid qualification.
- Joinery or carpentry background.
- Experience working on commercial fit-out projects.

Commercial Construction / Fit-Out / Refurbishment: 2 years preferred
Licence/Certification
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
- CSCS Card (preferred)
Please note: This role will involve occasional overnight stays and working away from home. Applicants should be comfortable travelling nationwide as required.
Pay: £16.00-£21.00 per hour
