Summary
As a Nursery Kitchen Assstant you will be responsible for aiding the nursery cook with preparing nutritious meals for children, ensuring their dietary needs are met while adhering to food safety standards. Reporting to the Nursery Manager, your role requires strong kitchen and culinary experience, along with a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate. Your core skills in food preparation and meal planning will be essential in creating healthy menus. Additionally, your experience in catering and relevant restaurant skills will enhance the dining experience for our young guests, contributing to a nurturing and safe environment.
Covering Nursery Cooks annual leave and illnesses would also be required.
