That's why we're pleased to tell you about an opportunity to join our Brand Marketing team as a Senior Social Media & Creative Content Manager.
How you'll make a difference:
You will lead the Society's content and social media strategy, shaping how the brand is expressed through compelling storytelling, content and conversation and own the end-to-end content approach from idea through to creation to bring the brand to life in a distinctive and engaging way. You'll also acts as the central connector across Brand, Growth and Corporate Affairs teams bringing together content, SEO and earned media into a coherent plan and output. The role ensures the Society shows up with clarity, consistency and impact across channels - driving organic reach, engagement, visibility and reputation through joined-up, content-led thinking and activation.
What will you bring to the role?
Significant experience in content, social and editorial leadership.
Strong creative ideation capability, particularly for social‑first, video and animation‑led content.
Proven experience leading content teams and managing end‑to‑end production.
Strong understanding of organic social performance, community engagement and platform dynamics.
Knowledge of SEO (non‑technical) and emerging LLM‑driven content optimisation.
Experience working with PR and Corporate Affairs teams on earned media and reputation‑led activity.
Confident senior stakeholder manager, able to collaborate and influence across functions.
High standards for quality, clarity and consistency, with a sharp editorial eye.
