Job Description
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious graduate to join our Project Management team in London. Working alongside experienced Senior Project Managers, you’ll help lead projects from concept to completion — shaping outcomes, solving problems, and delivering real value.
You’ll be involved in:
- Developing and managing project programmes
- Monitoring progress and reporting against budgets
- Identifying risks and supporting mitigation strategies
- Facilitating design development and driving efficiencies
- Supporting teams to perform at their best
Expect a varied workload across public and private sector projects, with around:
- 50% on core project management tasks
- 20% on site visits
- 20% on project administration
- 10% on learning and development
We’ll support your journey to becoming a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) through structured mentoring and APC support.
Person Specification
You’re a recent or soon-to-be graduate with a RICS-accredited degree, ready to kick-start your career in consultancy. You’ll bring:
- A sharp eye for detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication – both written and verbal
- A proactive, adaptable mindset
- Confidence in building client relationships
- Motivation to grow and help others grow
- Resilience, flexibility, and a team-first attitude
