FOH team member – Premium Neighbourhood Restaurant
We’re looking for an experienced, driven FOH team member, with knowledge of cocktails, wines & premium table service for our fine gastro dining restaurant, The Forge & Fern, Staple Hill, Bristol.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in high-volume environments and never compromises on quality. This role will be service focused, primarily on the bar & with the expectation to hold a section on the floor. This all whilst maintaining service standards & upsell strategies, driving the continuous customer journey experience.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in premium casual dining or smart gastro style pub
- Can do attitude, with a well-balanced outlook of optimism essential.
- Passion for service standard & guest experience.
- Confident with a great attention to detail
- Under standing of executing service steps & how to consistently produce cocktails & coffee to spec.

We offer a basic hourly rate of £12.71 and a very healthy additional service charge.
