Rural Surveyor
Nock Deighton Agricultural have an exciting opportunity to join our team in our Bridgnorth, Shropshire office.
We are looking for a full time Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor for this varied and interesting role.
Scope of work:
· Build relationships with strong customer base
· Advise clients on rural property matters generally
· Landlord and Tenant matters
· Preparation of detailed valuation reports
· Agency work
Requirements:
· A self motivated team member
· Attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills
· Full UK drivers licence
· MRICS and FAAV (those yet to achieve FAAV may be considered)
