Location: Hybrid (Office, Community & Remote)

About the Role
We are a growing healthcare provider delivering regulated services in the treatment of disease, disorder, or injury (TDDI). Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to provide clinical oversight, governance, and leadership across our services.
This is a key role within the organisation, responsible for ensuring high standards of clinical care, supporting staff development, and driving quality improvement. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape and strengthen clinical services as they continue to grow.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership & Accountability
- Act as the named Clinical Lead for all regulated clinical activity
- Provide expert clinical guidance and act as a senior escalation point
- Ensure care is evidence-based, person-centred, and compliant with regulatory standards
- Maintain oversight of clinical decision-making across services
Clinical Triage & Case Management
- Carry out daily clinical triage, reviewing incidents, health concerns, and care needs
- Identify early signs of deterioration or risk and take appropriate action
- Support staff with escalation to external healthcare professionals where required
- Provide input into complex or high-risk cases
Care Planning & Delivery
- Lead the development and review of care packages
- Produce and approve care plans, risk assessments, and clinical documentation
- Ensure care delivery is safe, effective, and regularly reviewed
- Support safe onboarding of individuals into clinical services
Staff Competency & Development
- Develop and manage clinical competency frameworks
- Assess and sign off staff competencies in line with regulatory requirements
- Identify training needs and support clinical development
- Provide mentoring, supervision, and reflective practice support
Clinical Governance & Quality
- Lead clinical governance processes including audits, incidents, and risk management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and inspection readiness
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning
- Contribute to policies and clinical procedures
Service Development
- Support the development of clinical pathways and governance frameworks
- Contribute to service growth, planning, and improvement initiatives
- Help embed safe, scalable clinical systems
Person SpecificationEssential
- Registered Nurse with a current, active NMC registration
- Experience in a clinical leadership or senior decision-making role
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, risk management, and compliance
- Experience supporting individuals with complex health needs
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality, person-centred care
Desirable
- Experience in community, domiciliary, or complex care settings
- Knowledge of working within regulated healthcare environments
- Experience with clinical audits, inspections, or governance frameworks
- Experience developing staff competency frameworks
- Non-medical prescribing qualification (or willingness to work towards)
Working Pattern
- 24 hours per week (flexible working days)
