The Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will work across our services supporting children and adults with a range of needs, including:
- Emotional and behavioural needs
- Learning disabilities
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Mental health needs
- Complex care needs
You will play a key role in promoting safety, stability, and positive life experiences for the individuals we support.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing safe, nurturing, and structured support
- Promoting independence and life skills
- Supporting education, routines, and activities
- Maintaining professional boundaries and safeguarding standards
- Recording and reporting accurately
- Working in line with care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures
- Supporting individuals during challenging behaviours (where applicable)

Experience in residential childcare or adult care is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. A full UK driving licence is desirable.
