Fortnum & Mason are currently looking for an experienced Bartender. This is an exciting position for a Bartender looking to develop knowledge in the finest beverages offered at Fortnum & Mason.
Key Accountabilities:
- Working alongside the team to ensure smooth running of the Bar service
- Ongoing and up to date knowledge of the Wine Cellar, Cocktail menu and all other specialist beverages that the Bar offers
- Continuous improvement and development of knowledge for all wines, spirits cocktails and beverages served along with any recommended pairings
- Constantly looking for areas where you can deliver more
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service at all times
- Ensuring that all Bar areas are kept clean, tidy, well stocked and always ready for service
- Creating and delivering an extraordinary customer experience, meeting all targets set
- Demonstrating thorough product knowledge of wines, spirits and all beverages served
