Role:
An opportunity has arisen to work in the sales department of a North Wales based financial company, CCICM provides credit management services in 120 countries.
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximising our sales, crafting sales plans, and assisting with tenders. Additionally, you will be required to attend sales meetings which are usually virtual but sometimes physical and with occasional overseas travel.

Responsibilities
- Deliver growth, achieve sales targets, achieve KPI’s
- Design and implement business plans.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the sales management team
- Identify target audiences, potential leads and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition.
- Record your activity and fully utilise the companies IT systems
Requirements:
- Successful previous office experience for sales support, or as a sales representative
- Committed to continuous development through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.
- Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and expertise
- Depending upon role, excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
