Role: Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship
Working hours: Mon-Fri 9-5

Pay: £25,000-28,000per annum

Responsibilities
· You will be fundamental to how MTWO grows and operates moving forward.
· Your focus will be on candidate generation across Print, Packaging & Signage.
· You will approach hard-to-find people who may not be actively looking, introduce yourself and build relationships long before they are ready to move.
· There will also be plenty of database work with industry professionals we already know.
· You will never be short of people to speak with. You will reconnect, find out where they are now, what they are working on and whether the right opportunity could be of interest.
· You will become the face of the company for candidates, providing honest advice, regular communication, and an unrivalled level of candidate care.
· You are confident picking up the phone and starting conversations with people who were not expecting to hear from you.
· You build trust quickly, enjoy developing relationships and want to become the person candidates call when they are ready to make a move.
· You are resilient too. The best people are rarely easy to find, so you keep looking, engaging and nurturing when others might give up.
Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:
· To not already hold a Recruitment qualification at level 3 or above.
· To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths.
· To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria.
