We are currently looking for team members for our Breakfast Team.
Rushton Hall is a Grade I listed country house hotel in Kettering. We have been awarded 4 red stars and 3 rosettes by the AA, and strive to create and exquisite experience for our guests.
Our venue specializes in high quality food and service, accommodating breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and private functions, weddings and conferences. For dining experiences we offer our Brasserie restaurant as well as our Fine Dining Tresham Restaurant, which boasts 3 rosettes and offer the highest quality of service.
We pride ourselves on our professional and superb customer service and are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are passionate about matching these high standards.
Our Breakfast Team Member must:
Have previous experience in a similar role
Be 16 years and over
Be polite and professional
Have excellent communication skills
Be able to work effectively as part of a team
Be eligible to work in the UK
Have their own transport due to the hotel location
Be able to start early as 6am
For this role the usual hours of work will be :
6.30 am to 12pm or 7am to 12.30pm
5 days out of 7 including weekends availability necessary
Due to the rural location and some early starts or late finishes this job will fall outside of public transport times, please consider this before applying.
If you do not have your own transportation and full week availability your application will not be considered.
