Our clients are looking for a strong capable head chef with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role to join our fast paced growing team.
They are a bustling venue offering breakfast lunch and dinner and are looking for a strong leader to lead their kitchen team. The candidate needs to be able to work on their own during quiet periods as well as be able to lead the team during busier periods.

Candidates must be able to produce a high standard of food, at a fast pace to keep up with the high volume of traffic that The Giddy Goose sees.
It is vital to have good leadership, a full understanding of HACCP, EHO rules and regulations and to run a kitchen efficiently.
