Experienced Specialty Barista (4-Day Workweek)
Location: Coffee Under Pressure, Bristol
Pay: £13.50 – £15.00 per hour (based on technical trial & skills)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (4 × 10-hour shifts | 3 full days off every week)
The Role: We are looking for an experienced, detail-obsessed Barista to join our team in Bristol. This is a fast-paced, high-volume specialty coffee environment. We need someone who can maintain extraction quality, pour clean art, and keep the line moving during heavy morning rushes.

What We Expect:
- Technical Skill: Minimum 2 years in specialty coffee. Confident dialling in espresso, pouring consistent latte art, and executing manual brews (V60 / Aeropress).
- Speed & Workflow: Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work cleanly during high-volume rushes.
- Attitude: Professional, engaging with regulars, and willing to jump into front-of-house and end-of-day cleaning without hesitation.
