At OBEX, we're looking for an Order Processing Executive to become a key part of our Customer Service team. This role sits at the heart of our operation, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. You'll act as a crucial quality checkpoint, working closely with customers, production, logistics, and internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing
- Processing and cross-checking customer orders to ensure complete accuracy
- Liaising with customers, transport providers, site contacts, and internal teams
- Coordinating deliveries and keeping customers informed of order progress
- Reviewing order details against quotations, specifications, and stock availability
- Supporting the customer service team with incoming calls and emails
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce errors
- Managing multiple priorities whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail
