The vacancy is working at The Cardboard Box Company Ltd based in Accrington. the hours are Monday to Friday 2pm to 4pm 1 position and 5pm to 8pm 2 positions
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces including offices, restrooms, lobbies, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, floor care, and window cleaning as required
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are serviced efficiently and effectively
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive work environment
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks with precision and consistency
- Strong understanding of health and safety standards related to cleaning operations
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable with excellent time management skills and attention to detail
