About the Role: As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll be an integral part of our client services team, learning the ropes of account management while supporting our Key Account Managers. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and nurture relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring they continue to choose Simpson Group for their print needs.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers to understand client objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage the delivery of projects, from initial brief through to final production, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, handling any queries or issues with professionalism.
Location & Hours: Based at our North East headquarters, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible start and finish times within core office hours).
