Berry BMW Heathrow is looking for a welcoming and customer-focused Receptionist to become the face of our busy and successful dealership. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading BMW retailers, where no two days are the same and every customer interaction matters.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in creating an outstanding experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting customers with a warm and professional welcome.
- Managing the main dealership reception and switchboard.
- Directing customers to the relevant departments and colleagues.
- Supporting the Sales and Aftersales teams with administrative tasks.
- Maintaining a welcoming, professional reception environment.
- Handling customer enquiries efficiently and ensuring every visitor receives exceptional service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous reception or customer service experience (motor trade experience is beneficial but not essential).
- A confident, friendly and professional manner.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for looking after customers.
