We are looking for two enthusiastic Domestic Services Supervisors to join our team at The Spark, Sheffield Children's state-of-the-art facility.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for patients, families, visitors and staff. Working as part of the Facilities Team, you will support the day-to-day delivery of domestic services, supervising staff and ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness are achieved across the site.
You will monitor cleaning standards, support and develop team members, manage supplies and help ensure compliance with health and safety and infection prevention standards.

Reporting into the Hotel Services & Estates Senior Supervisor , some of your responsibilities will include:
Responsible for the day to day provision of hotel services within the Trust’s satellite properties. To assist with various support service duties when called upon to ensure service delivery.
Responsible for the maintenance and high standard of cleanliness in all areas.
To monitor workload and workforce resources on a day to day basis.
They must be able to deal with patients, staff and visitors in a pleasant and co-operative manner.
Provide effective communication with Senior Supervisors to ensure that their department becomes a cohesive and integrated part of the Hotel Services team
