Job Title: Store Manager
Company: CUPP Bubble Tea
Salary: £26,500 - £28,000 + £3,000 bonus
Location: Leicester City Centre

Responsibilities
· Taking full ownership and responsibility of our flagship Leicester store
· Motivating the team to be fanatical about great customer service
· Solving day to day challenges of operating a store in a fast-paced environment
· Overseeing cleanliness and maintaining high company standards in health and safety practices
· Recruitment, training, motivating and mentoring the team
· Confident in administrative duties that apply to running a store
· Managing store KPIs, including but not limited to - sales, gross profit, wage targets, stock levels, staff rotas and holiday requests.
Skills & Qualifications
· Passion and knowledge of the hospitality sector
· Understand financial management of a business
· Ability to effectively communicate with management and employees
· Self-motivated and inspiring
· Ability to prioritise effectively
· Be available flexibly during operational hours (including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays)
· Basic IT Literacy
· At least 2 years of experience within the hospitality sector in a management position
Work environment
You will be responsible for operating our flagship store located in the heart of Leicester city centre, working with a team of part time and full-time team members in a fun filled environment focused on customer service and product quality at all times.
