What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing person-centred support to individuals with mental health needs
- Supporting individuals with daily living activities and maintaining their independence
- Encouraging confidence, wellbeing and participation in the local community
- Building positive and trusting relationships with the people you support
- Supporting individuals to work towards their personal goals and recovery
- Recognising changes in wellbeing and reporting concerns appropriately
- Promoting dignity, choice, independence and respect at all times

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

Essential Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle due to the rural location
- Sponsorship is not available – applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK
