About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Double Glazing Remedial Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out remedial and aftercare works on PVCu, aluminium, and composite window and door installations, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and rectifying faults with windows, doors, and conservatories.
- Adjusting and repairing hinges, locks, handles, mechanisms, and glazing units.
- Replacing sealed units and resolving installation-related issues.
- Carrying out snagging and remedial works efficiently and professionally.
- Ensuring all work is completed to company and industry standards.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Completing job reports and documentation accurately.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Double Glazing Remedial Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of PVCu, aluminium, and composite products.
- Experience with fault finding, adjustments, repairs, and sealed unit replacements.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
