Location: Linkwood View, Elgin IV30 6GQ
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Remuneration: £24,489 per annum pro rata for part-time hours (during 6-month probation period),
£25,778 per annum pro rata for part-time hours (upon completion of successful probation)

Our Linkwood View Housing with Care development in Elgin provides enhanced care provision to adults living with varying needs. This includes physical disability, learning disabilities, older adults and vulnerable adults. Our residents live in their own homes, and our team is at the forefront of helping to support residents to live as independently as they are able with services adapted to individual care and support plans.
This post is offering full time hours and includes working weekends and public holidays, so we are looking for the successful candidates to show flexibility to support the needs of the people we support.
You will be working as part of a team to ensure that services are delivered flexibly and in a dignified, safe and stimulating way and in full compliance with both statutory and regulatory requirements.
About You:
Successful candidates will have:
- A genuine passion for helping people.
- An ability to demonstrate our values of promoting inclusion, accountability, respect, and collaboration.
- An ability to work flexibly.
- An ability to treat people with empathy and recognise the rights of choice and independence.
- A basic level of digital skills and literacy.
- An ability to complete a full and satisfactory PVG check prior to joining (you must be a member of the PVG scheme prior to starting this role with us).
