· Developing campaigns across digital, email, websites, social media, ecommerce and traditional marketing channels
· Creating tailored content for B2B and B2C audiences
· Adapting tone, messaging and campaign activity for different audiences and platforms
· Writing clear and engaging copy for websites, emails, landing pages, social media and campaign materials
· Managing campaign plans, content schedules, budgets and delivery deadlines
· Supporting website and ecommerce activity across Odoo, WordPress and other platforms
· Planning email communications, paid advertising, Google Ads and social media campaigns
· Using data, research, feedback and performance insights to improve future activity
· Measuring and communicating Patient Choice’s social impact
· Coordinating external agencies, suppliers and freelancers where required
· Providing day-to-day guidance and support to colleagues as the marketing team grows
About you, you’ll bring:
· Relevant mid-level marketing experience
· A genuine passion for purposeful, insight-led marketing
· Experience in paid advertising, Google Ads, social media
· Proven experience with email marketing and WordPress
· Experience planning and delivering campaigns from brief through to evaluation
· Hands-on experience across digital and traditional marketing platforms
· Experience marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences
· The ability to adapt your messaging and approach for different audiences, channels and priorities
· Strong copywriting, communication and organisational skills
· A good understanding of brand management, tone of voice and message hierarchy
· Confidence managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders and deadlines
· The ability to work independently, make decisions and take ownership
· Confidence delegating work and providing guidance to others
· A practical, adaptable approach and willingness to get involved
· Confidence using data, insight and performance information to shape campaigns
