Painter & Decorator (CIS Site Contract)

Ashbury Homes is a residential property developer and landlord delivering apartment refurbishments, fit outs and new build projects across South Liverpool.
We are looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our site team on a self employed CIS basis.
This is a hands on site role working across active construction and refurbishment projects. Work is organised, consistent and available immediately, with several months of confirmed work and further projects planned.
Scope of Works
- Internal painting and decorating
- Walls, ceilings and woodwork
- Apartment fit outs and refurbishments
- Re-decoration of rental properties between tenancies
- Snagging and remedial decoration following completion of other trades
- General finishing works to achieve handover standard

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
- Good attention to detail and quality of finish
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
- Own tools
- Valid CIS registration
- CSCS card preferred
- Full UK driving licence preferred
