We are seeking a caring and reliable Care Assistant to join our team in Fife. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our residents and clients, ensuring they receive respectful and personalized care that aligns with our values of compassion and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Support the development and implementation of personalized care plans.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all service users.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by collaborating with colleagues.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in a care environment is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to follow care plans accurately.
- Good IT skills are advantageous but not essential.
- Reliable, patient, and respectful demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
