We are looking for an experienced Specialist Cleaner to cover Northampton, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas, with travel further afield when required.
This is not a standard domestic cleaning role. Applicants must have previous experience carrying out specialist environmental cleaning, including:
- Environmental / biohazard cleans
- Needle and sharps sweeps, identification and safe removal
- Decontamination cleans
- Deep cleans and void property cleans
- Trauma / specialist hygiene cleans
Essential Requirements
- Previous specialist cleaning experience
- Ultima Environmental training/qualifications, particularly relating to sharps, biohazard and environmental cleaning
- Confident carrying out needle/sharps sweeps
- Good understanding of health & safety and safe use of cleaning chemicals
- Full UK driving licence
- Prepared to travel when required
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
- Good standard of communication
Additional cleaning qualifications such as BICSc are desirable.
The Role
You will attend properties across Northampton, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas carrying out a mixture of general and specialist cleaning works. Jobs can range from basic void/deep cleans through to properties requiring sharps sweeps, environmental cleaning and decontamination.
Company uniform and any additional training required will be provided.

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
