We are looking for:
- A minimum Level 2 qualified Nursery Practitioner (essential).
- Previous experience in an early years setting, particularly with babies or under 2s, is highly desirable.
- A warm, caring, and motivated individual who is passionate about early childhood development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children in your care.
- Deliver high standards of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities tailored to each child’s interests and developmental stage.
- Maintain accurate developmental records and learning journeys for key children.
- Communicate and build strong partnerships with parents and carers.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at all times.
- Support your team and contribute to a collaborative, happy workplace.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and nursery events.
Key Requirements:
- Level 2 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) – essential.
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
- A kind and nurturing approach, with genuine enthusiasm for working with babies and young children.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
