Summary of Job:
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone, email, and webchat enquiries from existing and new clients.
- Arrange appointments for Estate Planning Consultants.
- Provide support to Estate Planning Consultants with continued client support, assisting with documents and chasing outstanding information.
- Have the ability to build excellent customer relations through effective communication and service.
- Maintain and update client records, take payments, and perform general office duties.
Main Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle enquiries from existing and new clients.
- Welcoming clients to the office when attending appointments.
- Arrange appointments for Estate Planning Consultants.
- Assisting clients with documents.
- Providing administrative support to Estate Planning Consultants
- Answer clients initial questions about products, services, and fees.
- Manage a personal call list of potential clients.
- Accurately upload new enquiry details to the database.
- Record all client interactions and ensure contact details are up-to-date.
- Ensure the Estate Planning Consultants' diary is managed and updated correctly.
- Process client payments.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Technical and Essential Skills:
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Passionate about providing a great experience for all clients.
- Demonstrable professional telephone manner.
- Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in a busy office environment.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a wider team.
- Experience using Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to embrace change.
