Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and hospitality to all guests
- Assist with front desk duties, including appointment scheduling and managing client inquiries
- Support stylists and therapists with services such as eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, and makeup application
- Engage in upselling services and products to enhance guest experiences
- Manage social media accounts by posting updates, promotions, and engaging content
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Experience in customer service or guest services within a salon or hospitality setting
- Basic knowledge of management principles is advantageous
- Familiarity with social media management practices to promote the salon's brand
- Skills in eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, makeup application, or barbering are desirable but not essential
- Ability to upsell services and products effectively while maintaining a positive rapport with clients
