More Than a Kitchen Porter - You’re the Engine Behind the Kitchen.
At Belle Livingstone's 58th St Country Club, the kitchen runs on rhythm, discipline, and teamwork. As a Kitchen Porter, you are the person who keeps that rhythm steady. You make it possible for chefs to cook, for service to flow, and for standards to stay high - even when the pace is relentless.
This role is for someone who takes pride in being dependable, organised, and fast on their feet. Guests may never see you, but the entire experience relies on your work.
Challenge Yourself
Can you stay sharp under pressure, keep your section immaculate, and support the brigade so smoothly that service never misses a beat?
If you enjoy fast environments, teamwork, and knowing your work genuinely matters, this is a role where you’ll feel the impact of what you do every single night.
